Continuing our journey through CRM Help – let’s look at the Online Resource available to assist us in understanding CRM and become competent users.   You can find a link on your left hand navigation, the Resource Centre will open up within your CRM.  This feature makes learning and help easily accessible to all users.

If you are brand new to CRM Online perhaps the best place to start is “Get Started with CRM Online” which you can find at the bottom right

What makes this resource centre so user friendly is that is utilises a variety of mediums to teach with something to suit different styles of learning!
